Note, this adaptor does not allow the passage of audio or power, it is completely passive.
Your accessories must therefore be self-powered (by batteries) and connected, if necessary, to the device by a cable for data transfer.

JJC MSA-6 universal shoe adapter meant to fit into Sony NEX's Smart Accessory Terminal to allow lights, mics and other universal shoe mount accessories to be mounted to the camera.
MSA-6 is a shoe mount adapter only. It does not pass-through the audio or power connections present in the Smart accessory shoe on the Sony NEX's camera.
It is designed for SONY NEX digital cameras such as SONY NEX-3, NEX-C3, NEX-F3, NEX-3N, NEX-5, NEX-5N, NEX-5R.
